These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of cushykid.com and any products, content, or services offered by CushyKid ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our site, or by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
Use of the Site
This site is intended for use by adults purchasing on behalf of a child. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Products and Pricing
All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, and correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including after an order has been submitted.
Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you represent that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. Orders are processed through Shopify and its payment partners.
Shipping and Returns
We ship to street addresses in the United States only. We do not ship to PO boxes. Shipping timelines and rates are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Both are available on this site.
Product Use and Safety
CushyKid toys are intended for use under adult supervision, as appropriate for the child's age. Before use, an adult should read and follow all instructions and warnings included with the product and its packaging. Use only the soft foam balls included with the product, and never aim at the face, eyes, or at people or animals who are not playing. We recommend that children wear properly fitting eye protection during play. Because face sizes vary, parents and guardians are responsible for choosing eye protection that fits their child. Keep small parts and batteries away from young children, and have an adult install and replace batteries. If the product has a water spray feature, follow the manufacturer's instructions for use. Stop using the product and contact us if it shows signs of damage or wear.

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of CushyKid or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CushyKid is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products, including any injury resulting from failure to follow included usage guidance.
Disclaimer of Warranties
This site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where superseded by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
