SHIPPING POLICY
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment. You'll receive an email with tracking once your order ships.
Delivery time
After your order ships, delivery to the United States usually takes about 7-11 days. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather and holidays, especially in November and December. Most orders arrive about 8-14 days after you place them.
Where we ship
We ship to street addresses in the United States. We do not ship to PO boxes. If your order is placed with a PO box address, we'll contact you to ask for a street address, or cancel the order for a full refund.
Shipping cost
Shipping is included in the price of the Dinosaur Shooting Game. You won't pay anything extra at checkout.
Tracking
Tracking details are sent to the email you used at checkout. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, contact us and we'll look into it.
Wrong address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us right away at hello@cushykid.com. We can't change an address after the order has shipped.
